Offline via check
Traditional donation via check are always welcome. Please make all donation checks out to either Good Samaritan Family Services or Moms & Tots Center, depending on the ministry you'd like your donation to assist. Send checks to:
Yep, we're a 501(c)(3) Org
The Good Samaritan Family Services is a government certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. That means you can rest assured that 100% of your donation will go toward helping local families in need. Also, your donations are tax deductable, so expect to see a tax deduction form from us in your mailbox soon after you donate.

Food for the hungry
As you may expect, the recent economic struggles of our country has left many families without the necessary means to put food on the table. Over the past year the number of families we serve each month has skyrocketed to up over 600; we're spending more money on food each month than we ever have in our 21 year history. The majority of our monthly donations from folks like you are used to enable us to provide food for so many local familes.
Emergency Assistance
From time to time, folks come into the Good Sam looking for emergency assistance on things like rent, utilities, medication, and heat. It is nice for us to have funding for families in a pinch, and we can thank folks like you for enabling us to provide financial assistance.
Expanding our ministry
We have many ideas to grow our ministry, to help more people in need. Unfortunely those ideas can be quite expensive. Donations from folks like you equip us with the financial means to expand our ministry, which can include things like a new building for the Moms & Tots Center (2009), a new location for our Furniture Store (2010), and much more. We see the need, we hear the struggles, and we would like to respond. Many times the only stumbling block in the way of solving the problem is a financial one. There are also programs we are exploring, things we’d like to offer families, but they take resources. We are currently looking at developing a Men’s Ministry. Your financial help could help us to be able to increase the services we are able to offer!
